Remember way back when …. people would trade goods and services to a value without money exchange?
Well did you know that still happens and is a business in itself? Worldwide businesses are party of a trade organisation where they do business, legally, they still invoice and declare their income just as if it was a money sale, but they are trading in a ‘cashless’ system!
Not only does this ‘cashless‘ business occur around the world, you can also get an immediate credit line when you become a member, and best of all, its INTEREST FREE!
OK! Now this is sounding a bit like a scam, too good to be true! People doing business without money, and interest free line of credit….. no one can do that! I am sure your curious and maybe feeling cautious. But its no scam and it is real and its been happening for a very long time and its helping save many businesses who are struggling in the cash world.
OK SO WHATS THE CATCH?? Well there isn’t one really. Let me give you an example.
Lets say I have old stock, unwanted items, business is slow in general, or you things just in the way that I cant shift to a cash customer BUT you need money somehow because there is things you need. Yes we all have something like that laying around you want to get rid of, and things you need for yourself or business but finances just need to go elsewhere.
So then what I do is, I get involved with a ‘TRADE‘ business and I start telling my trade coordinator the things I want to sell, bulk, some good condition used items [maybe downsized from a large printer to a smaller one, but cant sell the old one?] and the trade coordinator then goes to other members, sends emails to the database, you can also list items on their website, and you basically have your own extra employee who is focused on selling your business/stock/service PLUS they also will contact you and help find you what you need from other members!
So an example. I have a box of items that is old stock sitting there I want gone. But I need to get some fliers printed for my business. So I contact my coordinator and tell them I need to sell/offload xyz and I need someone who I can do some printing for me.
So I sell some or all of my box of items and have $1000 in my trade account, and the printer wants to charge $500 for the fliers, so I have just made $500 on ‘TRADE‘ and gotten the fliers I needed that I didn’t have the CASH for at the moment.
So now I have $500 I can spend [oh and don’t forget the interest free line of credit available] and Johnny needs to go to the dentist. So I get on to my trade coordinator and ask if there is a dentist nearby who is on trade!
What else could you get on trade?
- Advertising for your business
- Chemists/pharmacies
- Cars and other large items bought and sold on trade
- Investment properties, businesses, holidays
- Electrical/white-goods goods
- Wholesalers
- Food vendors
- Function centers
- Clothing – shoes, underwear, swimwear, lingerie, adult/children’s outer wear
- Dentists as already mentioned
- Hampers/flowers/gift lines
- The list goes on and on. Everything you pay cash for, can be found on trade too!
- Also, you have access to international trade so you can expand to export and import some items.
OK So why haven’t you heard about this NO MONEY deal before? or maybe someone mentioned it but it just didn’t sound right.
Firstly, this is only business to business. So you must have a business first, even though you may be a motor mechanic and you want to purchase a kettle, it doesn’t matter, you are still doing business with a business. As a business owner, you are also a consumer so consume with your trade dollars!
SO now there is different ways to trade. Everyone trades a little differently, everyone joins for different reasons and wants different outcomes. Some people ‘trade’ for a product they can resell and make CASH! OH NOW WE’RE TALKING!
Scenario:
- You need cash [who doesn’t!] and you have T$5000 [the T$ means Trade Dollars] oh and lets say you also have your line of credit T$2000 so now you have T$7000 to spend. You have a shop and you can purchase items for your retail store, put them on the shelf, sell to cash customers… You have now ‘cash converted’
- Maybe you are a service with very little tangible product but need cash. You have a friend who needs tires for their car. Get tires on TRADE and give them to your friend for CASH
- Need cash, no friends want anything! OH NO. Well why not buy something on trade and sell it on EBAY for cash!
OK! Now are you seeing the benefits of being part of a business who works on a cashless trade system? While you are still charging your retail prices, you are still buying and selling, your just not exchanging that physical aspect of money, its just going into your ‘trade account’ like your bank account just you can only spend your T$ with other trade members. We even have business EXPO’s where you can attend to sell, or just as a customer to buy from businesses, and we also have live auctions so there is even more you can enjoy!
THE FINE PRINT No business can be in business for free without any cash and a trade business is no different. There is going to be a small cash cost to you, because we all need the mighty cash!
So where does the cash cost come into it? As a member you may have a yearly fee [or signup fee if you are not yet a trade member] and then there is ‘trade fee’ which is a small percentage you pay on your transactions. Another way of thinking about it is like bank fee’s. So if you are smart and you can trade for goods and services you need, plus do a bit of cash converting, along with your cash paying retail customers/clients…… you can really grow your business in a very different way, and still have things you want and need!
What you get for your ‘cash’ paid to the trade company is a lot. Your trade coordinator is there to work for you, they are [within reason] at your beck and call to help you trade. Their job is to help you buy and sell as much as possible. The small percentage you pay in cash for your transactions, is way less than you would pay an employee to be available to you at your whim. Think of the time alone you can save shopping around for items.
While we have said a lot, we really have only scratched the surface of what is possible when you join a trade business, so we suggest you check out the company we recommend to get more information if you are even a little bit curious.
