You pay 1.9% which is very competitive on a sale. Invoicing is an option available as well, however the fee system is slightly different with 2.5%. This is great if you need to send actual invoices to clients for payment. This could be invoices for a wedding package, building construction or for a later payment accepted in any type of business.
3. Totally mobile, or you can even hook it up to your POS system in store. Can be used on any device via an APP or login through a computer.
4. Control stock. Depending on how you want to use your SQUAREUP you can also set up a full ecommerce shopping cart for stock control. AT NO EXTRA COST! Process sales by adding items to the cart/sale and process. You can register cash sales, or credit cards. ALL sales can be recorded, you can even TENDER a sale and it will tell you how much change to give so you dont even have to calculate anything!
5. Email customers a receipt. This is an awesome feature. No need to print anything. Your customer will get an email with details of the sale, plus your business information so they can buy again! Set up your email receipts with a variety of information, including social media PLUS a feedback feature for them to comment about the service and sale!
6. Various reports are available based on sales, hourly sales breakdown, popular items sold and more.
7. MULTIPLE USERS! This is a great feature. If you have sales reps, or you’re at an expo with various employees handling sales, everyone can all use their own devices to process sales. NO buying or outlay for extra terminals like with a bank. Everyone uses the same app and you can allocate users and best of all, you can limit access so only the business owner or upper management can have the login ability to make any adjustments on pricing or stock. You have control of who can do what. This is great and saves any worries about changes being made that you do not approve of, but can still allow managers to be able to handle things so 1 person [or you] are not left having to do it alone.
8. TAP AND GO! The app and setting up SQUAREUP is free, however you can spend a few bucks [around AUD$59 a tiny investment] for a reader that will allow you to offer TAP AND GO or swipe reading of peoples credit/visa debit cards. This is great for people who love the TAP AND GO for cards, but even as a backup, if the reader goes flat or something happens, you can manually enter the card details and still process a sale! NO way you can miss out on a sale, cash or plastic. So long as the card is a credit or visa debit card your right! [SQUAREUP does not work for savings account cards, they must be credit or visa debit cards] After trialing the SQUAREUP we found that less than .05% of people dont have a card that works with SQUAREUP so we still recommend this for electronic sales. Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. NOTE tap transactions must be under $100
9. Money is in your bank in 1-2 business days and there is no fees on the funds being deposited into your bank account. You dont even have to log in to transfer, its all automatic so you dont have to worry you may forget.
